This is a super
deluxe package that offers superb accommodation at the 5 star JW
Marriott in Quito and in a Deluxe cabin aboard the Galapagos Explorer
II in Galapagos. It is designed for the discerning traveler who enjoys

restaurants of your choice while in the cosmopolitan city of Quito: Italian,

Our Galapagos and Andes Package
offers a 4 day Galapagos cruise aboard the deluxe 35 passenger motor
yacht Coral I combined with 4 days in
the Andes visiting the colonial cities (and World Heritage Sites) of
Quito and Cuenca, the Incan citadel of Inga Pirca with an exciting
train ride through Ecuador's famous Devil's Nose. All tours and
transfers are on a private basis with first class colonial style
hotels and a country inn.

AM: This morning we take the train through some of the most
beautiful scenery in Ecuador through the famous Devil's Nose near
Chimborazo Volcano.
PM: Afternoon tour of the Incan Citadel of Inga Pirca, the most
impressive Incan archaeological site in Ecuador.
Saturday
AM: We will pick you up from your hotel for a morning tour of
Colonial Cuenca.
PM: After lunch we will escort you back to the airport for your

Itinerary:
Day 1
PM: Arrive Lima. Overnight at the 4 star Ramada Airport Hotel.
Day 2 (B, L)
AM: Flight to Cusco. Upon your arrival in Cusco we will
meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel where you will
have time to acclimatize before the afternoon tour.
PM: Afternoon tour of the city and the nearby ruins, visiting
Sacsayhuaman fortress with granite zig- zag walls of precise
stonework, mysterious carved rock of Kenko shrine and the
Tambomachay Inca Baths.
Day 3 (B, L)
All day tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, visiting the
traditional native Market at Pisac and later the Fortress of
Ollantaytambo, clinging to a rocky spur high above the valley.
Overnight in Cusco.
Day 4 (B, L)
AM: Transfer to the train station for the Vistadome Train to Machu
Pichu and an afternoon guided visit to Machu Picchu, this legendary
"Lost City", of the Incas was hidden for centuries by the jungle and
rediscovered in 1911 by Hiram Bingham. PM: Guided tour of Machu
Pichu. The city's astronomical observatory (Intihuatana) is the only
known Incan observatory in existence. Many beautiful temples,
terraces and intricate stone work. You will spend the night at the
base of the ruins in the hot springs town of Aguas Calientes.
Day 5 (B)
AM: Morning free to enjoy another visit to Machu Pichu or to relax
in the hot springs.
PM: Afternoon Vistadome train to Cusco. We will meet you at the
train station in Cusco and escort you to your hotel.
Day 6 (B)
AM: We will pick you up from your hotel and escort you to the
airport for your morning flight to Lima. Upon your arrival in Lima,
we will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.
PM: In the early afternoon, we will pick you up from your hotel for
an afternoon tour of modern and colonial Lima and a visit to the
world famous Gold Museum.
Day 7 (B)
AM: We will pick you up from your hotel and escort you to the
airport for your flight home.
