All meals include the choice of meat, poultry or seafood. We can also cater for vegetarians and individuals with other dietary choices and needs. Salads are freshly tossed and fresh fruit is always available. We also have a selection of the best wines from around the world to compliment your meals if that is your beverage of choice. If not we have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to take your fancy.

Each guest can enjoy well-furnished areas offering you your creature comforts and privacy. The E/C Galapagos Journey III has a maximum capacity of 16 passengers allowing for both intimacy and camaraderie at the same time. We have ample resting areas for those who are looking for a quiet place to relax with family and friends in the lazy mid-afternoon sun or likewise after busy a day spent walking, snorkeling, kayaking, or swimming.

If you want to check out the gorgeous ocean views with your shipmates make sure to spend some time on the sundecks that we have to offer. Whether you feel like getting a little sun on your vacation, or you want the best place to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the Galapagos Islands, our sundecks are the best place to be.

For those of you with a thirst for knowledge, you can always look in the “book nook” (our onboard mini-library) for a few books on the Islands in order to learn even more about what you've seen in the day.

And for the adults who might want to relax, kick back, and maybe spend just a little time away from the kids, we offer a great bar and lounge area where you will be served by a bartender who will be happy to attend to all your wants and needs whilst you relax.

Our shore excursions are packed full of several activities and lots of fun. A typical visit to a landing site includes a nature hike, zodiac ride, snorkeling or kayaking and of course time to relax on the beach. Throughout these activities, your guide will bring out the best of the Islands, sharing knowledge and fun facts about the Islands natural history.

All of our guides are certified by the Galapagos National Park and have gone through intensive training programs. They have several years of experience and a strong passion for sharing their knowledge of the wildlife, biology, geology and natural history of the islands. You will find that your guide is obsessed with the conservation of the Islands and is very strict when it comes to following and enforcing Galapagos park guidelines and rules. Your guide will be eager to share his knowledge as he gives on-sight briefings during your shore excursions as well as evening lectures.

After a full day of visits you will get to learn a little more about the sights you visited and will be able to ask your guide specific questions about wildlife, geology, marine life, biology, and other topics that interest you regarding the Islands. You will find your evening briefings are also a great opportunity to get to know your fellow travelers and share anecdotes from the days activities.

We believe that the key to a great itinerary is variety and therefore the E/C Galapagos Journey III visits several types of ecosystems within the Galapagos Islands. You will find that your trip includes many different types of landscapes and a good combination of bird sightings as well as visits to land and marine iguana sighting areas, research centers and tortoise breeding projects. The itinerary has been designed in order to optimize time so that sailings between islands are short and land/snorkel visits are longer.

You will find that apart from being a spacious and comfortable yacht, the E/C Galapagos Journey III carries state of the art navigation and communication equipment onboard. It also carries snorkeling gear, wetsuits, sea kayaks, a DVD player with a flat screen TV and other amenities for your entertainment.

Our crew to guest ratio is 1 to 2 (8 crew members for 16 passengers). Each of our crew members has several years of experience and share in our vision of offering the finest experience to our guests. We are prepared to pamper you and offer you your creature comforts so that your visit to the Islands is to admire the survival of the fittest without having to endure it.
